The primitive part of our brian doesn’t like change much. We feel safe when we stay in the same habits, thats why it is hard to make real lifestyle changes. Finding your deepest “Why” is the motivator to feel comfortable with feeling uncomfortable, to look at things we would rather keep hidden from ourselves and others and to bring them to light. To make changes to behaviour and beliefs that aren’t serving us. Together we will find your “Why”

I have been in your shoes. I understand all the emotions and thoughts that are running wild through your mind. It is probably the first time you have felt completely out of control of your life, not knowing what to do or where to turn. It is scary and isolating, but I am here to be an understanding guide for you. I am the coach that I wish I had. It is like an interview, so you can see if my style of communication and the philosophies that I adhere to (that I believe were critical to my healing) will suit you. Yes I do. This relationship will only work if we are both on the same page. I am here to guide and support you in the ways that worked for me. If either of us find that things are just not working out, then all remaining sessions will be refunded.

I did a lot of inner work on my beliefs, past trauma, and forgiveness. I “chose” to focus on possibility. I cannot over express how being aware of thought patterns and choosing to look at challenges in a positive way, can alter the trajectory of your life. If you are open to new ways of thinking, living, and being, then I am the person to help you. If you think it is all a bunch of woo-woo bullshit, then please move on.
