JOY LOVES COMPANY
Creating the life that you want is an inside job. It begins with a desire to change what isn’t working for you, figuring out what those changes might look like and making a commitment to making those changes. Only you can do this for yourself.
It involves perhaps quite a dramatic mind shift, it certainly involves some lifestyle tweaks and it will probably mean that you will find a bit of resistance building up inside. There will be moments of frustration, times of “falling off the wagon”, but also times of triumph and satisfaction.
Together we will find your joy and add to it. It will get easier as you practice and the differences in how your life plays out will be phenomenal….. if you are willing to put in the work, wholeheartedly!
Remember “nothing changes if nothing changes”, so learning to be compassionate towards yourself, having a laser focus on your WHY, and allowing JOY to be your guide, will result in the fruition of a life that is full and satisfying.
The W.H.Y Method guides you step by step through your transformation. It involves bi-weekly zoom calls (or in person) with me and then putting into practice what you have learned. There are no topics that are taboo. We will explore the physiological aspects of menopause, alongside re-finding your purpose & passions in life. We will dive into your spiritual & emotional growth in addition to how to navigate changes in family life with kids leaving home or ageing parents. We will delve into ways you can holistically heal parts of yourself that are holding you back from the life you dream of as well as finding better ways to nourish, move and rest your body.
I am here to be your guide and cheerleader. You will get out of our time together, what YOU put into it. I can’t make changes for you, I can only point you in the direction and give you the tools to forge your own path. So if you are looking for a quick fix or a “pill” to make you feel better, then I’m not your girl. If you are not ready to be open to new ways of viewing the world, or you are not willing to take a good hard look at yourself, then please keep googling.
I base my life and the way I live on the Law of Attraction. I care most about what thoughts are in my head and how I feel in any given moment because of those thoughts. It is the basis of everything.
